Hayley Buckbee | Associate

A native to the Pacific Northwest, Hayley brings a sense of curiosity and an interest in regionalism to her work. She takes an interest in context, both natural and built, to interpret and translate the world around her and inform her explorations.  Her recent collaborative projects include a concept proposal for a new Community Center at Green Lake Park while at Miller Hull and a 106 unit apartment building in the Roosevelt neighborhood designed and constructed during her time at Board and Vellum.

Hayley also co-runs a site-specific art installation collaborative, exploring the impact of light and form on the built environment.  When she is not practicing art and architecture, she spends her time with her giant Newfoundland dog, Prosciutto di Parma.
