This new 5-story apartment building on a triangular site along Seattle’s Bridge Way Avenue will be the first multi-family project to meet the Living Building Pilot Petal Recognition Program, making it the most sustainable apartment project not only in Seattle, but in the U.S. It will set a new standard for sustainability including producing 105% of the building’s energy using photovoltaics and energy conservation strategies.
