This new 7,500 sf building for professional services private offices, collaboration, and community space takes advantage of unique corner site geometry and topography. The project intends to serve as a model for sustainable development on Mercer Island and in the region, designed to LEED Gold standards and using materials such as cross-laminated timber, and create a high-quality and timeless building for a local family business. Below-grade parking is provided and utilizes an automated parking system.
