Kenmore, Washington
This project involved converting a dark and introverted sports bar to an open and inviting triathlon shop with a new exercise room, bicycle mechanics space, café, and retail area. New openings were created in the CMU walls and new garage doors inserted to open the building and its contents up to the exterior, while the interior renovation involved removing dropped ceilings to expose the existing structure while reworking the plan configuration. This project was successfully taken through Kenmore Design Review on a tight timeline and budget.
