Martha Cox | Associate

Martha is a licensed architect with over ten years of experience on a wide range of projects including urban multi-family, mixed-use, student housing, school administrative and education buildings as well as master planning for mixed-use communities.

Martha is deeply involved with ULI Northwest including serving on the local Multi-Family Product Council as well as co-chairing the ULI Northwest Young Leaders Group Board.  Martha has also served multiple years as an industry mentor for University of Washington Foster School of Business Real Estate Development and Feasibility Analysis class.

She also enjoys pottery, carpentry and tennis when she’s not out enjoying the outdoors windsurfing, running, hiking and cycling.
