Martha Cox | Associate

Martha is a licensed architect with over 12 years of experience on a wide range of projects including urban multi-family, mixed-use, student housing, office design and refreshes and master planning for mixed-use communities.

Martha is deeply involved with ULI including as a member of the local Multi-Family Product Council, a former member of the national Urban Development Mixed-Use Product Council and past co-chair of the YLG planning board. Martha has also volunteered multiple years with UW’s school of Architecture and as an industry mentor for the Foster School of Business’s Real Estate Development class.
