The design of this 118,000-sf 8-story building maintains exceptional Doug Fir and Hop Tree (relocated) on-site, resulting in an angled massing on 20th Ave South that creates a generous, street-level courtyard that provides relief to single-family homes across the street. Protecting the exceptional trees allowed the project to provide for an extra level of units. The project includes street-level commercial and ground-level residential units with a below-grade parking garage accessed from alley.
