This 61-unit apartment building was organized around a central landscaped courtyard with exterior circulation, green roofs, and is being designed to Built Green 4-Star standards for sustainability. The building form was motivated by a desire to respond sensitively to the neighborhood context , which includes a mix of apartments and homes. There are two levels of underground parking accessed off the alley, and the project strives to create pedestrian friendly street frontage, interesting massing, and opportunities to enjoy the dramatic lake and mountain views to the west.
