Seattle, Washington
The Quilt Building in Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square neighborhood was built in 1905. It’s a true mixed-use building with retail on the ground floor, two levels of commercial office space and 4 levels of apartments above, including top floor loft penthouse units. The project includes voluntary seismic upgrades to proactively address the upcoming structural requirement for un-reinforced masonry projects in Seattle, and design updates to the commercial common spaces and all the apartment units.
