Situated on a prominent corner site, the project is in the heart of the Roosevelt neighborhood and is 8 stories with 131 units and one level of parking below grade. The project utilizes a hybrid structural system with CLT for the floors at the upper levels. The project seeks to engage both Roosevelt Way NE and NE 63rd Street, while anchoring the corner. Through the use of interlocking courtyards, the massing strategy provides access to quality daylight and fresh air for residents while responding to the different characters of two streets.
